Job summary

Minnesota Masonic Home is seeking an LPN to join our caring team on a full-time basis. The LPN will monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure adherence to care plans in a warm, campus setting.

Responsibilities include transcribing physician orders, documenting care, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while providing excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with MN Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Desire to work with elderly and in transition.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident needs, condition and care; administer medications as ordered.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders; complete required documentation and reports.
• Oversee medication administration processes and narcotic policy; ensure care plans are followed.
