Job summary

The Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care under RN direction using the nursing process, while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, following nursing protocols, and delivering flexible LPN services in various departments, primarily Medical-Surgical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current licensure.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med Surg.
• Certifications: BLS, IV certification; Epic experience preferred.
