Job summary

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to adults in the Dover, Frederika, and Townsend, DE communities.

Schedule includes full-time 40 hours, day shift, with one weekend per month and two holidays per year, plus two on-call shifts each month. Benefits begin at Day 1 and include tuition assistance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Current Delaware LPN license or Compact State license.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
• Home Health and/or Med-Surg experience preferred.

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments in the home setting.
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of healthcare needs.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Hourly Pay Range: $26.03 - $39.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
