Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care in Greensboro, NC. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans within a stable, weekly-pay setting.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with day, evening and overnight shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support from a local team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
