Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Ruston, LA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Center Medical team. You will monitor donor health, perform screenings and exams, respond to reactions, and help maintain a positive, safety-focused donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation operation.

This full-time, on-site role offers $24/hour plus benefits and a monthly bonus potential. You’ll work with center staff, gain cross-training in phlebotomy and processing tasks, stay compliant, keep

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy and station installation.
