Mercyhealth is seeking an LPN to join our team in Wisconsin/Illinois. The candidate will room patients, collect assessments, document in the medical record, and assist with examinations and clinic procedures.
They will administer injections and medications and perform EKGs, venipuncture, and basic nursing duties as part of daily care. Licensed in the state of practice with CPR/BLS certification within 90 days is required.
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program OR
Wisconsin: Have completed the portion of the RN Program needed to obtain a certificate of completion in practical nursing.
Illinois: Have completed the designated curriculum of a Ladder Option Approved Designated RN Program.
Experience in clinical setting preferred.
Licensed as an LPN in the State of Practice
Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days
