Mercyhealth is seeking a qualified LPN to join our clinical team in Wisconsin. The role involves nursing duties across patient assessment, charting, medication administration, and coordination of referrals within a coordinated health system.

Graduate of an accredited LPN Program OR
Wisconsin: Have completed the portion of the RN Program needed to obtain a certificate of completion in practical nursing.
Illinois: Have completed the designated curriculum of a Ladder Option Approved Designated RN Program.
Experience in clinical setting preferred.
Licensed as an LPN in the State of Practice
Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days
