The role involves nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the nursing leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state (Florida as listed in posting).
• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication is essential.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.
• Monitor turning and positioning of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Communicate pertinent information to charge nurses and supervisors.
• Follow infection-control policies and maintain supplies.
