Job summary

Deer Park Health & Rehab, located in the beautiful mountains of Nebo, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team, providing high-quality resident care and supporting health and well-being.

We offer flexible scheduling with 8- and 12-hour shifts and options for full-time, part-time, or weekend roles, fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist in the delivery of nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Hold an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred, but not required.

  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team.
