Job summary

Prevea Health in Green Bay is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support pre-visit planning, rooming, and clinical tasks under a provider's supervision in the St. Mary's Medical Office Building.

You will document vitals, assist with procedures, administer meds/immunizations, coordinate schedules, maintain infection control, and ensure supplies, contributing to a calm, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for pre‑visit planning, standard rooming responsibilities, assisting with procedures, discharge instructions, and carrying out both administrative and clinical tasks as directed by a medical provider. This position is instrumental in helping the patient feel at ease while collaborating with the provider throughout the patient’s visit.

Licenses and Certifications
