Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments.
• Document patient care in the health record per established standards.
• Triages calls, counsels patients, provides education, takes histories, administers meds, changes dressings, and monitors vital signs.
• Assist with supplies and equipment and support safe, timely delivery of care.
