Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Licensed Practical Nurse credentialed by Kansas Board of Nursing.
• Valid Kansas Driver's License if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Accurately administer medications and document in chart.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and meds.
• Maintain PHI privacy and comply with policies.
