Join Parachute, LLC in Searcy, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support donor health and safety at our Center Medical site. The role involves health screenings, managing donor reactions, and collaborating with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience.

This full-time position offers competitive pay at $23/hour, benefits, and potential monthly bonus. Candidates must be licensed LPN in AR, with CPR/BLS, and able to lift 50 pounds; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
