Located in Indianapolis, IN, the Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is part of Acadia Healthcare's network, providing high-quality medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. Our nursing team ensures safe and efficient medication dispensing to support patient recovery.

Your Job as Dispensing Nurse

The LPN plays a vital role in patient treatment and recovery by providing safe medication dispensing under the supervision of the Medical Director or Physician. Responsibilities include accurate documentation of patient responses and progress.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of Medical Director and Clinic Director
• Maintain professional standards of care
• Prepare and administer medication accurately and timely
• Maintain accurate records of medication received and dispensed
• Chart medication administration and patient progress
• Safeguard medication stock and records per regulatory standards
• Dedicate at least 90% of work hours to medication-related activities
• Handle urine collection, test result reading, and related documentation

Qualifications

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Prefer 1 year experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or addiction recovery
• Training or experience with MAT preferred
• No history of substance misuse for at least three years prior to employment

Licenses/Certifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Indiana
