The LPN assesses patients, participates in the plan of care, administers medications as ordered, ensures patient safety, and collaborates with the health care team to support timely, compassionate and high‑quality care.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as an LPN or Compact state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in patient assessment.
• Collaborates with departments to develop the patient plan of care.
• Follows the plan of care during direct nursing care for assigned patients.
