Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active Missouri LPN license.
Compact nursing license or active Missouri and Kansas LPN license.
Wound care and catheter care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurses and providers.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
Document patient information, treatments, and care plans in Matrix EMR.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
