Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living in Jersey Shore, PA is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs within an interdisciplinary care setting.

Work closely with nurses and other professionals to implement individualized care plans, monitor patients, and document care thoroughly to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA
• Strong patient care skills and empathy
• Ability to supervise CNAs and collaborate with the care team
