Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 15-week assignment in Bloomfield, NM. The position is onsite with a 40-hour workweek, typically 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting 10/19/2026.

The LPN delivers patient care under RN supervision and ensures compliance with nursing standards. Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, medication administration, and coordination with unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data.
• Observes conditions and reports changes in condition to RN.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Communicates data to RN and/or physician; documents accurately.
• Collaborates with the team to facilitate discharge planning.
