Job summary

Aston Group is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York to provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document in EMR. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to coordinate patient care.

Candidates should have an active NY LPN license and be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New York state.
• Experience with EMR documentation is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
