The Oaks at Bethesda in Zanesville, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on the unit.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, recognizing changes, administering care within your LPN scope, managing medications inventory, and completing necessary documentation. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate status and notify relevant staff of changes.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care for residents within LPN scope.
• Monitor medications and supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and reporting.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policies.
