Qualifications

• Current LPN License in State of operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with a safe medically managed detox by assessing signs and symptoms of withdrawal.
• Documents medication administration and errors, pharmacy issues, and counts.
• Maintains narcotic control inventories and all related documentation.
• Promotes patient independence by educating on condition, medications, and self-care.
• Works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality of care and adherence to standards.
• Onboards new nurses for medication administration and communicates pertinent data at shift end.
