Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. The role offers a sign-on bonus and weekly pay with comprehensive benefits through Maxim Healthcare.

As an LPN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services in patients' homes per physician orders. Current LPN/LVN license, TB test or chest X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services on each assignment according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team members.
