Job summary

Lake Port Square in Leesburg, FL is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a premier senior living community. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN License in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in senior care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Provide nursing treatments including wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Communicate resident status updates with families and healthcare providers
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs
