Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and licensure as an LPN.
• If required, IV therapy/management per North Dakota rules.
• Must have supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN at a facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision to residents.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care planning.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes in charting.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and the healthcare team.
