LPN Day Shift Nurse 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Daily Pay!!

Position Description

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Adhere to company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
