Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current NC license.
• Experience in clinical nursing care.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
