Sumter Health & Rehabilitation in York, AL is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the full-time day shift. Base pay ranges from $27.05 to $29.55 per hour, with a weekend differential of $3.00 per hour. Roles include direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with CNAs and physicians.

Qualifications include an Alabama LPN license in good standing and CPR/BLS certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
