Qualifications

• RN/LPN knowledge and practical nursing skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication with patients, families, and team members

• Proficiency in basic computer use (MS Office) and documentation tools
• Venipuncture and patient care procedures per policy
• English language proficiency; other languages optional

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision

• Assist with education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Participate in on-call weekend rotations and shift coverage
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
