Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification (Instructor preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical nursing in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients.
• Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend visits as needed.
• Potential to serve as a preceptor for new LPNs.
• Attend staff meetings, in-services, and continued education.
