St. Anthony Healthcare & Rehab is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses on the day shift to join our team in New Mexico. Benefit programs include our Pay in Lieud of Benefits, which may add up to $4 per hour to your pay.

Under RN supervision, LPNs deliver efficient care, administer medications, and participate in care planning, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction while supporting a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
