Job summary

St. Anthony Healthcare & Rehab is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our day and night shift teams in New Mexico. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN license by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
