Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an ICF setting.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, QIDPs, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record systems.
• Complete medication counts and monitor medication inventory.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals.
• Participate in care planning and resident advocacy.
• Respond to medical emergencies and resident needs.
• Promote resident dignity, independence and well-being.
