Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN to join the nursing team at Craven County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time, day-shift role runs 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 35-hour weekly rotating schedule and a sign-on/retention bonus opportunity.

You will provide care, administer medications, perform assessments, document patient conditions, and collaborate with the medical team to support safe, quality care in a correctional setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
