Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver 1:1 home-based nursing care under a patient-focused model. You will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support care plans while maintaining clear communication with the healthcare team.

Requirements
