Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Franklin Meadows. You will provide compassionate nursing care, monitor residents, and support a safe, comfortable living environment for seniors in Columbus.

Responsibilities include medication management, thorough assessments, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality geriatric care. This is a full-time/part-time role with values of CARE guiding everyday work.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
