American Senior Communities LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Franklin Meadows in Franklin, TN. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while using nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being, with day and night shifts available.

Applicants must hold a current Indiana LPN license, possess strong medication management, and be committed to geriatric care excellence with excellent communication and teamwork.

Day and Night Shifts Available

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
