Centurion Health in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision. You will respond to physical and behavioral health needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with medical staff in a structured corrections setting.

This is a full-time position with evening and day shifts, on-site at our Danville facility.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active IL LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background check.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
