Centurion is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, IN. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of health needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Shifts include three 12-hour days per week, with full-time days or nights.
