Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Victoria, VA team on an on-site basis. Local pay is $43.20 per hour (W2).

You will deliver patient care, administer meds, monitor vital signs, and document care in a correctional healthcare setting. The role requires an active VA LPN license, at least one year of recent LPN experience, and compliance with BLS, immunizations, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current, valid VA LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1+ year of recent LPN experience (within last 3 years).
• PSV from licensing board if required.
• Current BLS, immunization records, TB test and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assist with patient healthcare needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Check vital signs, monitor conditions, and escalate concerns.
• Assist with routine health screenings and documentation of care.
• Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
