Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs within the LPN scope.
• Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities for direct resident care.
• Perform and monitor standard nursing treatments and medications; observe effects.
• Communicate and collaborate with care team to revise Nursing Care Plan and review lab/test results.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and residents' responses.
• Oversee CNA assignments and activities, ensuring appropriate care delivery.
