Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Prichard, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles. The position involves administering medications, assisting physicians, monitoring residents, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid LPN license in Alabama.
CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Administers and records medications and treatments.
Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
