Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina to join our care team. You will assist with nursing services under RN supervision, delegate tasks, and monitor patient status to ensure quality geriatric care.

The role requires an LPN license from the NC Board of Nursing, CPR certification, and willingness to cover shifts in emergencies to maintain proper unit coverage. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• LPN from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid NC LPN license; renewal biennially.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direction of nursing services on unit/hall under RN supervision.
• Delegate duties to nurses and assist with monitoring performance under RN supervision.
• Observe patients for signs of adverse changes in physical or mental condition.
