Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in North Carolina seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will work under a Registered Nurse, coordinating nursing services on your unit to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, observing patient conditions, notifying physicians of emergencies, and implementing orders. We value geriatric nursing and path to charge nurse coverage during emergencies.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in NC with current renewal where applicable.
• CPR certification renewed annually.
• Willing to cover as charge nurse during emergencies.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing services under RN supervision and Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to nursing staff and monitor performance.
• Observe patients for signs of adverse change and notify physicians.
