Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our healthcare team. The nurse will assess residents, administer medications, and provide support to residents and their families in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted LPN license, CPR certification, and have experience across clinical settings. EMR proficiency is a plus, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board.
Valid CPR certification.
Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
