Job summary
Carlin Springs Health and Rehab in Arlington, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our caring clinical team. We offer Full Time, Part-Time Day, Evening, and Night shifts, with a competitive pay range and shift differentials.

Qualifications
- VA LPN license required.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in LTC or SNF preferred; new grads welcome.
- Positive attitude, reliability and sound clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort and basic care needs.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
