Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Neptune City, NJ is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate care team. The role requires a current NJ LPN license and CPR certification; you will administer medications, follow care plans, and monitor residents.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $32–$42, with shift differentials and daily pay options; full-time only with all-inclusive pay, incentives, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in New Jersey (NJ).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per POC and policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment for residents and families.
