Job summary

Apploi is seeking compassionate LPNs for our Connecticut facility in Glastonbury. You will administer medications per orders, provide urgent care as needed, and monitor treatment effectiveness while coordinating with the health care team.

This role emphasizes patient safety, clear documentation, and respectful, professional communication with residents and staff. Weekend shifts are available (11-7 every other weekend).

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
• Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring safety of residents.
• Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
• Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
• Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
