Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of assignment.
• Must possess CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in care delivery.
• Follow health, safety and infection control guidelines.
