Qualifikationen

• Licensed LPN with active license.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care mentality.

Aufgaben

• On-site visits at least every 45 days for completion of individualized assessments.
• Be available on call as required per regulatory standard, or have a delegating nurse available on call.
• Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.
