Responsibilities

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration and infection control compliance.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Report abnormal changes in residents' condition to appropriate personnel.
Provide long-term or rehabilitative nursing care under supervision.
Document and monitor patient data and plan of care.
Supervise care given by other nursing staff when directed.
